Ashley J. Puchalski is an associate at Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney, LLC. She focuses her practice on civil defense litigation.
Ashley earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2019, where she was a member and Executive Articles Editor of the Duquesne Law Review. Additionally, her article entitled "Does What Happens in Vegas Really Stay in Vegas?: The Potential Impact of the Las Vegas Massacre on Individual Privacy Rights in Home-Like Places" was published in the Spring Edition of Volume 57 of the Duquesne Law Review. While in law school, Ashley worked as a law clerk at two civil litigation firms and at Duquesne Light Company where she focused on commercial contract, commercial real estate, environmental, and FCC matters. She also served as a Research Assistant to the Associate Dean of Teaching Excellence and Strategic Initiatives, Steven Baicker-McKee. Ashley was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Research and Writing I and II.
Before attending law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work.
