David M. Zvirman is an associate at Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney, LLC, where he focuses in civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, David worked as a Staff Attorney for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in its criminal division. Before that, David clerked for the Honorable Mark D. Stevens in the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, where he worked on criminal, civil, and family law matters.
David graduated cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. While there, David was a Production Editor for the Duquesne Law Review and received CALI awards in Criminal Procedure: The Police Function; Trial Advocacy; Constitutional Law; and Administrative Law.
David obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science Pre Law-Track, with a minor in Economics, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he graduated cum laude.
David was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2019 and the West Virginia Bar in 2022.
