Practice Overview:
Debra is an associate in the firm’s workers’ compensation group. She focuses her practice on defending employers and insurance carriers from workers’ compensation claims.

Background:
Debra began her legal career as an associate at a law firm in Pittsburgh where she gained invaluable experience as a Plaintiff’s litigation attorney, focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, and workers’ compensation cases. She then joined another firm, changing her focus to general liability defense as well as Plaintiff’s employment discrimination.

Debra attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated cum laude. She was a managing editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce, which published her student note in its thirty-eighth volume. She was also awarded the Dean’s Scholarship. Prior to this, she graduated summa cum laude, earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was named a University Scholar, awarded to the top 2% of undergraduates.

Debra is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
